IKI Corner sauna heaters are designed to fit snugly into the corner of your sauna, saving space in the sauna room. Because of their remarkably short safety distances the stylish and practical Corner heaters are easy to integrate into a modern sauna interior with more creative sauna bench arrangements, which work especially well in smaller sauna spaces.

The front part of the Corner heater is made from IKI’s signature stainless steel mesh. The back part, which faces the corner of the sauna room, is made out of a solid stainless-steel plate which helps keep the sauna stones hot for a longer time.

What truly makes IKI Corner 9 kW heaters unmatched by other sauna heaters is their heating power combined with their compact size and unique design qualities. They are at the same time practical and beautiful. Best part of the IKI Corner 9 kW electric heater is that despite of its compact size it is able to quickly heat up an astonishing 308 lb of sauna stones, which give you an unforgettable sauna experience with massive heat or as we say in Finland löyly.

The larger number of stones in the heater is able to give you a steamier more comfortable and humid sauna experience, which is the way most modern sauna goers like their sauna nowadays. But if you like it traditionally hot, this heater delivers, just pour water on top of the heater. For mellower more humid löyly pour water on the sides of the heater instead.

IKI’s Corner electric sauna heaters combine traditional materials such as stainless steel and stone in a modern and functional way. All IKI’s timeless and durable electric sauna heaters are built in Finland, hand-made from stainless steel and other high-quality materials that meet even the most demanding standards of the American customers. All IKI electric heaters are also UL certified.

All IKI electric heaters include a square heath shield (13.8” X 13.8”) for the ceiling of the sauna.

To integrate your IKI Corner heater safely into the bench design use IKI’s stainless steel embedding flange.

CONTROL UNIT OPTIONS FOR IKI ELECTRIC HEATERS

Built-in Control Unit

The heater model with a built-in control unit has a control unit mounted to the frame at the bottom of the heater with 1-hour operating time and 8 hour delay start feature. The temperature is controlled by the thermostat knob located next to the timer knob. More information can be found here.

Wi-Fi Control Unit

The heater model with a Wi-Fi Control unit is equipped with UKU Wi-Fi Remote Control Unit . With UKU Wi-Fi control unit you can turn your sauna on from the control panel or do it remotely from your phone by using the IKI mobile app. To use the mobile application the UKU control unit needs to be connected to a Wi-Fi network. The stylish black glass control panel can be mounted to the wall outside of the sauna or it can be surface-mounted to the wall. For surface mounting, the control panel requires a separate surface mounting frame(not included in the UKU control unit delivery).

If you choose to include sauna stones in your order (select from variant options) it will include 7 boxes of high-quality Olivine Diabase sauna stones. Total stone weight: 308 lb / 140 kg

SAFETY RAILING

You can increase the safety of your sauna by installing a safety railing around your electric heater.

The safety railing is made from untreated birch and can be tinted with any color to compliment your sauna interior.
