Shipping Destinations
Our products are available for delivery across the continental United States. For security and reliability, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding addresses, and cannot assume responsibility for parcels lost or damaged by such services.
Shipping Notes
Standard Shipping
Orders will ship from the St Paul MN warehouse usually within 1 to 7 business days with typically 3 to 5 days in transit. Occasionally orders may take longer depending on product availability. Sauna Revival ships products Monday - Friday, not on the weekends or national holidays.
Pallet Shipping for Sauna Heaters
All of our sauna heaters are shipped on pallets to residential addresses and include insurance and liftgate delivery. NOTE: For
orders with more than 1 heater, please ask for separate shipping quote.
Freight Orders
For pallet shipping of orders: such as sauna heaters in the U.S. Special freight company will pick up the order from our MN warehouse and transfer the order to the beyond carrier if outside the Midwest. Freight orders ship on weekdays and typically spend 3 to 7 days in transit in the continental US. Your order is delivered to your driveway and can be unloaded by hand in bundles by 2 people, depending on the model. Wood burning sauna stoves weigh approx. 100-150 lbs. Sauna stones weigh 44lbs per box.
