RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 30%. Credits made for returns include only the cost of the merchandise and tax when applicable. Return shipping charges will not be refunded and are fully covered by the customer.

Damages and issues in trasportation

Please inspect your order within 3 days of reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How do I return a defective item?

For proof of defective item, email us 3 to 5 photos and a detailed description of the

circumstances of defect. Photos must be clear (not blurry), showing the overall

product and defective area of product with close up views. Please contact us

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 35 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at us@saunarevival.com.

CANCELLATION POLICY

After you have placed an order in the webstore you can try cancelling it by e-mail or by phone. If your message reaches us before we ship the order and the ordered delivery can be cancelled with no extra charge from the shipping company, we will cancel the order and return the money to you. If your order has been packed on a pallet and is waiting for pick-up, we will charge $50 packing and handling fee. If the order ships before we read your message, you are responsible for the shipping costs to and from your house should you wish to return the order.
